Property, inheritance and contracts come up in Algerian family life far more often than a language course would suggest. A house in the bled, a plot divided between cousins, a paper that somebody's father signed in the seventies. If you are learning Darija because of family, you will hear this vocabulary long before you hear anything from a tourist phrasebook.

This is Darija at its most formal
Most of what is here is closer to Modern Standard Arabic than the rest of the library, because legal words tend to be. ملكيّة and إثبات الملكيّة are not street words. That is not a problem, it is accurate: this is how the subject is actually discussed, and a learner who tries to translate a title deed into casual speech will not be understood by a notary.
Who holds title to it
شكون عندو عليها الملكيّة is on this page and it is a question you will hear asked, and asked again, in any family conversation about land. Learn it as a whole. The same goes for the phrase for proof of ownership. These are the load bearing items here; the rest of the vocabulary hangs off them.
Understand it, do not argue in it
