A small number of verbs does most of the work in any language, and Derja is no exception. Learn these and you can build sentences long before you have finished learning the grammar around them.
Algerian verbs are given here in the present tense with a ي prefix, يروح, he goes. That is the form Algerians would use to name the verb, and it is the shape you will hear most, so it is the one worth memorising.
